Qualia is seeking a Title Curative Specialist to support our Title Services team in resolving title issues and ensuring clear title for real estate transactions across multiple states. An ideal candidate has a solid understanding of common title defects and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. This role is responsible for reviewing title commitments, identifying curative issues, obtaining required documentation, and clearing exceptions under the direction of the Manager, Title Services.
